-
How do I RSVP?
Please submit your RSVP through Evite.
Check your spam box. If you still don’t see your invitation, please text us at 512-887-8344.
-
MAY I BRING GUESTS? / HOW CAN I UPDATE MY RSVP?
Absolutely! Please let us know how many guests will accompany you when you complete your RSVP via Paperless Post.
To update your RSVP, please text us at 512-887-8344.
-
If this is a free public event, why do you need a guest count?
Knowing the number of anticipated guests helps us estimate how many pounds of crawfish to pre-order for the event.
-
I don't like crawfish/Seafood, is there anything else to eat?
Yes! We will also serve BBQ (usually chicken, brisket and sausage), a variety of dishes, and desserts.
-
CAN I HELP OUT BEFORE OR AFTER THE EVENT?
Thank you so much to those who volunteer to set up/break down the boil. What used to take us days of work is now accomplished in a few hours. If you wish to volunteer and have not yet reached out, please text us at 512-887-8344.
-
MAY I BRING SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE?
We’ll have everything we need for the event. If you really want to bring something, we won’t turn down side dishes or desserts.
-
WILL YOU HAVE ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS?
Absolutely! We will have a bounce house, slip-n-slide, waterslide, bubble station, kites, cornhole, giant Jenga, and so much more! Because we’ll have water activities, we suggest packing your kid(s) a swimsuit and change of clothes. We highly recommend the children wear water shoes while using the slip-n-slide because of the sandburs. Don’t forget the sunblock, too!
-
May I bring my dog/pet/animal?
We all want to give our furry friends the opportunity to frolic freely and majestically through a country field. However, due to the nature and volume of the event and property, guests are not permitted to bring pets or animals of any kind - no exceptions, other than service animals. If you have a non-traditional service animal, please contact us in advance at 512-887-8344.
-
Where can I stay if I want to stay overnight?
Please visit our Lodging page for more details.
-
How do we get to the property?
Directions to the property are located HERE.
Please review our written directions prior to travel as we have a new entrance. GPS will also sometimes try to take you down the wrong road.
There is no ride-share company in our area, either. Please plan accordingly.
-
May we tour the property?
Heck, yeah! We will have a Polaris at the pavilion to give guided tours of the property. All you need to do is ask a staff member :)
-
Do you accept donations?
A donation is not required to attend the event. However, they’re greatly appreciated and help us continue hosting Momma P’s Annual Crawfish Boil. To make a donation, please text us at 512-887-8344.
-
May we go into the kitchen, barn or garage?
For safety reasons, the kitchen, barn, and garage are off-limits to guests during events. Feel free to enjoy the view from the barn porch, though!
-
What will happen if there's inclement weather?
Should we need to cancel the event for any reason, we will post an announcement on Evite, on our website, and on Instagram (@TigerLilyRanchTX) at least 24 hours in advance.
-
What COVID precautions are you taking?
We will sanitize all surfaces prior to and during the event, and hand sanitizer will be provided in various locations. We respect everyone’s right to medical choice and privacy. Since this event takes place primarily outdoors, we do not require a mask/PPE or proof of vaccination for entrance. If you wish to wear a mask or practice social distancing, feel free to do so respectfully. Your health and sense of safety are your responsibility. Please self-screen prior to traveling and stay home if you feel unwell.
