March of 2016, when the build of the pavilion was completed on the property’s original homesite as a tribute to the previous owner. The current owner is adamant about preserving the natural scenery and integrity of the land. The property features lush fields, woods of live and post oaks, tranquil ponds, and all the South Texas critters you could imagine. 

The pavilion is enclosed with screen windows and allows for an abundance of natural light and a light breeze. It is also equipped with Big Ass Fans® to fight the summer heat, a fireplace for crisp winter nights, a kitchen, grill, water closets, a fire pit, and a stone patio looking out onto the lily pond.
